Zipping up files in the IFS
ZIPIFS does just what is says on the tin!
ZIPIFS is a simple command line tool to zip-up anything in the IFS. Do we really need to explain that ZIP means compress?
If you have a ZIP file in the IFS it will zip that ZIP FILE – which does make it slightly smaller.
This command is super useful when you want to email IBM i integrated file system objects.

NOTE: This uses the IBM i implementation of Java (QSHELL: JAR command) which sidesteps the 2GB size limit that other ZIP commands get bitten by.
